Lead to Rise: The Conversation is a live, monthly 90-minute session led by a career acceleration expert, Dr. Lizette Warner. Each session focuses on one core leadership or career acceleration principle — visibility, readiness, value, or influence.


You’ll get a focused idea or framework, then real-time reflection and strategy inside a high-trust space with other high-achievers navigating what’s next.

This is where growth gets grounded.

When does it take place?

The second Wednesday of every month at 5:30pm Central / 6:30pm Eastern. Replays are available for subscribers for 30 days if you can’t attend live.

Is this a course?

Nope. There’s no curriculum, no modules, no homework.
This is a strategic conversation — like a salon or professional huddle — grounded in real-time reflection, insight, and elevation. Each session is structured and facilitated, but the power is in the dialogue.

Do I need to be in a leadership role to join?

Yes. Each session is recorded and available for 30 days so you can catch up (or re-watch) on your own time.

Do I have to actively participate?

No pressure. You’re welcome to listen quietly or type your reflections in chat. Some people speak, some take notes, some just soak it in.

Can I cancel anytime?
